Linda Bollea has asked a Florida judge to issue a contempt of court against ex Hulk Hogan over claims he hasn't paid his share of their $4.2 million condo at The Palms in Las Vegas.

Bollea has asked that Hogan be jailed in Pinellas County, FL with their son, who is serving time for a car crash that severely injured his friend.

Bollea, 48, filed for divorce from her husband after 24 years of marriage in November.

She is now dating a 19-year-old friend of their daughter Brooke.

"I'm totally freaked out," Brooke said of the relationship. "This is really weird… I personally don't like it at all, or condone."
