The Beckhams and the Cruises were literally inseparable when the Becks first moved to LA, but Posh and Katie haven't been seen together in months. We've heard just about every rumor as to why the girls had a fall out, but neither one of them will comment about it.

We all know they had a b*tch fight (probably over a dress or something lame like that) but Posh's rep is now insisting there's no rift. Her rep said: "They all had a drink together, and Tom and Katie and David and Victoria were all out for dinner together last Friday."

Who do you think you're fooling? If they were out anywhere together, we would have seen those paparazzi shots. TomKat was even noticeably absent from Victoria's birthday bash last week. Kate Beckinsale and her hubby have officially replaced the Cruises.

The Beckhams even had a small private dinner party over the weekend at Via Veneto restaurant in Santa Monica--with no TomKat in sight. What's your theory
